1. Order Processing

 

All orders placed with Triton Global Inc. are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders received after 2 PM PST will be considered placed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

 

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you, including a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package on the carrier's website.

4. International Shipping

 

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen.

5. Customs and Duties

 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred. Triton Global Inc. is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will attempt to contact you for an updated shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
